Lean manufacturing principles have been employed in the automotive industry for many years. It is our deeper understanding of these and our ability to adapt them into our own Global Manufacturing System (GMS) that sets us aside from our competitors.

GMS is the PBR methodology that provides uniformity of process across nine global manufacturing facilities. It is the fundamental driver encompassing quality, safety, the environment and continuous improvement activities in the pursuit of zero defects.

Our value-chain management system focuses on the elimination of waste in all areas of the business; from PBR production processes down through our supply base.
