Jetstream Rotor System

The Jetstream™ Rotor System is all about maintaining OE quality levels and eliminating confusion. Each Jetstream™ rotor pack consists of a high accuracy disc rotor, a matched caliper set of OE quality brake pads (including noise suppression systems where required) and, where applicable, bearings and seals.

PBR's high accuracy rotors are made from high carbon grey iron, for its enhanced thermal performance, low noise properties and resistance to cracking. Design optimisation using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) delivers minimal thermal judder and torque fluctuation, minimal risk of Disc Thickness Variation (DTV) and resistance to brake fade.

PBR's OE quality disc pads deliver maximum performance across a wide temperature range and are vehicle matched to reduce brake fade.
